Nyxt 2 Pre-release 3
We are happy to announce the third pre-release of Nyxt version 2.0.0. If you missed the previous pre-release announcement, see here.
Nyxt 2 is a massive overhaul of the Nyxt 1 series. A lot of effort has been geared towards improving the code quality under the hood which should reflect on the overall user experience with better performance, increased stability and better accessibility.
This is a test release for everyone to try out before the final release. It contains experimental features and some parts are still unfinished. Please feel free to share your feedback on our GitHub issue tracker!
import-bookmarks-from-htmlcommand. Easily import your bookmarks from other browsers into Nyxt. (Thanks to @kssytsrk via GitHub.)
reduce-tracking-mode. Reduce your online fingerprint.
reduce-to-buffercommand deletes buffers and lists them on a page. Useful for offloading inactive buffers and sending/saving a group of buffers.
toggle-toolbarscommand hides/shows the visibility of the status area and the echo area.
execute-extended-commandcommand. You can now execute commands and interactively supply required, optional, and keyword parameters.
download-hint-urlnow supports multiple selections. That means that you can download a set of links at once.
